Dr. Ross Pink, Associate

Ross has an extensive educational background  completing a B.A. at the University of British Columbia, an M.A. in Public Policy at McGill University and   his PhD at Leicester University in England.

He has  over 20 years of experience in business consulting and Human Resource training in Canada, the United States and Southeast Asia with several leading organizations including the Business Development Bank of Canada, Magna International, General Motors, the United Nations Development Program and  the Canadian Government.

Ross has provided executive and business leadership coaching to over 500 professionals.    In working with Tom in the area of leadership/management assessment and development,  Ross has been able to blend a “thinking out of the box ” approach with tried and true business principles in creating an interactive, collaborative environment that produces results.    Both Tom & Ross abide by the philosophy, “going the extra mile for the Client is not an option, it is a necessity.” 

A believer in the sharing of knowledge,    his article, “New Directions in Staff Training”, appeared in the October, 2007 edition of Sounding Board, published by the Vancouver Board of Trade.
